CAR SECTION

Using our team of voluntary car tutors we offer comprehensive instruction in better driving and advanced driving, to test standard. Every tutor has, of course, already passed the test at a high level and also receives regular additional training via a programme we developed several years ago. That tutor training standard has now been adopted by other Advanced Driving groups throughout the country.

By carefully assigning sympathetic well trained tutors, our test pass rates are very high. After a short assessment drive we try to match the appropriate tutor to your needs.

Our associate training programme consists of a series of six classroom style talks/presentations followed by observed drives in your own car.

During each drive, your tutor will advise you about safe driving techniques whilst showing you how to also get the best performance out of your car within the law.

As an Associate Member, you will be encouraged but not pressured. You develop at your own pace.
